Big Thangs Poppin
One of my boys done messed up and popped the question to his girl…RIPTOTHERESTOFHISLIFE…sike! We’re (Da Fellas) happy for him and his fiance’, well then at the time, they got married this past Saturday. Anyway, his bachelor party didn’t consist of any strippers so he decided to do something out the norm and hit up a club/lounge. So we hit up Tuscana West on I St. and we was FLLLLLYER THAN A MUHPHUCKA!
We missing a couple of folks in the pic but eh…it’s all good! We had a good time though! Congrats to my big homie Solo the GREATEST Wing Man Alive!
Life In The Swag Lane
The word “SWAGGER”–>”SWAGGA”–>”SWAG”…is being thrown around a little bit TOO LOOSELY! Either you got it or you don’t…PERIOD! Simple and plain. Ever since “S.L.U.” (Swagger Like Us) came to the airwaves ALLLLLL of a sudden EVERYBODY and their momma got swagger! Now. you can’t just “copy” another person’s swagger, that’s called ”Swagger Jackin’” and that’s frowned upon and NOT allowed! Like that Smooth Grooves commercial that be coming on late at night, “Nah, my brotha! You gotta get your own!”. Like Mom dukes use to tell you, to be your own individual and be a leader, the same applies for the “Swagger Rules”. Two things you must learn…(1) HAVE your own and most importantly (2) MAKE IT your own!
The beautiful young lady pictured above…that’s my best friend D! I’ve known her since middle school and I love her dearly, she’s been there for me through EVERYTHING! A very cool, goofy, intelligent, spontaneous, care free, free spirited, spiritual, BLUNT…and did I mention beautiful!?!? (LOL)
CLASS IS IN SESSION! She’s gonna help you guys out in this department for those who have No Swag-At-All, to the ones who just “think” they have it but don’t know what to do with it all the way to the ones who just have no clue as to what it is! His new single “Bulletproof” featuring Ludacris from his upcoming third LP “The Love & War Masterpiece“, has that old school pimpin’-Lincoln Continental feel of the 70′s. Like a scene straight out a 70′s movie when errybody is partying with the red light under the disco ball in slow motion…YEAH picture that! The joint is real smooth, really feeling it, so this should get some good airplay.
Man on the Moon
Kid Cudi…what can I say? Cleveland native and a talented artist, but of course you knew that already. Honestly, I just got into him after I heard “Day N Nite” and since then I’ve liked the stuff he’s been putting out, especially the Jay-Z collab he has on his BP3 album. Now I will admit, when I first bought the album I was like “WTF!”…cause it was on some space age type Pharrell shyt! This is an album that you have to give a few spins to understand the direction to which it’s going, but overall I like it. “Hyyear” is one of my favorite tracks on the album…I have my reasons LOL!
